Henrietta Knight and Noel Fehily know what it takes to train and ride Ladbrokes King George VI Chase winners and both believe L'Homme Presse is the one to beat in Kempton's showpiece on Monday.

Knight trained legendary chasers Best Mate and Edredon Bleu to King George successes in 2002 and 2003 and can see the Venetia Williams-trained seven-year-old adding his name to the 3m Grade 1's roll of honour.

Last season's Brown Advisory Novices' Chase winner became the clear 7-4 favourite for the King George with Coral on Friday and Knight believes the softening ground conditions and his consistency can help him overcome main rival Bravemansgame.
