'He's got a big future': Dan Skelton's horse to follow has Newbury date

No trainer has gone close to matching Dan Skelton for winners in the last couple of seasons, so Skelton was spoilt for choice when asked to provide two horses for Racing Post members to follow through the season as part of our recent stable tours series.
However, Skelton is in no doubt about the quality of young staying chaser Ardlethen, who is part of a fascinating three-runner Grade 2 novice chase (12.40) at Newbury on Saturday alongside Reserve Tank and Danny Whizzbang.
The trainer was among 19 who kindly suggested two horses for members to put in their Racing Post horse tracker, meaning you should now have 38 horses nominated by their trainers.
