Unbeaten Queen's Vase winner Eldar Eldarov will drop in distance to a mile and a half for his first overseas assignment at Longchamp on Thursday.
The son of Dubawi got trainer Roger Varian on the board at Royal Ascot last month when getting up to deny Zechariah by a nose in the Group 2 race over 1m6f.
That staying performance earned Eldar Eldarov second favouritism for the St Leger at Doncaster in September at a general 6-1 behind Irish Derby winner Westover.
