Six-time champion jockey Kieren Fallon has hailed dazzling Phoenix Stakes winner Little Big Bear as a "potential superstar" and believes the outstanding juvenile rates the most likely winner of next year's 2,000 Guineas.

Little Big Bear's seven-length demolition job was the widest margin of victory in the €300,000 Curragh Group 1 since charismatic champion two-year-old George Washington, ridden by Fallon, pulverised his rivals by eight lengths in 2005.

George Washington went on to win the National Stakes and 2,000 Guineas in his next two starts, and Fallon believes a similar route could best serve Saturday's sensational winner.
