'He has every right to be there' - Rossa Ryan relishing Arc ride on Mojo Star

Rossa Ryan says it is "a dream come true" to be riding in the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe for the first time on Sunday when he partners Derby and St Leger runner-up Mojo Star.

The 21-year-old is enjoying his best year in the saddle and is relishing the opportunity to ride in the €5 million Group 1 on the Amo Racing-owned three-year-old, who finished two and three-quarter lengths behind fellow Arc contender Hurricane Lane in the St Leger.

Victory would provide both Ryan and Amo Racing – run by football super agent Kia Joorabchian – with their first top-level winner, while Mojo Star's trainer Richard Hannon is bidding to win the Arc for the first time.
