Harrington makes plans for Irish Champions Weekend stars after 'amazing' weekend
Jessica Harrington has already begun plotting major international plans after what she described as "the most unbelievable weekend" at Leopardstown and the Curragh, where she had a fabulous four-timer over the two days.
All bar three of the Commonstown trainer's 16 runners on Irish Champions Weekend collected prize-money as she plundered two top-level prizes, a Group 2 and one of the meeting's ultra-competitive €125,000 premier handicaps.
"Those sort of weekends just don't happen," Harrington said on Monday. "We went into it thinking it could be one of those meetings where they could all run well without winning, but thankfully it just clicked for us. Every horse we ran on Saturday came back with a bit of prize-money, which was amazing."
