Harley picks up Twilight Son ride with 18 set for speed test
Jockey excited about partnering Royal Ascot hero
Martin Harley is excited by the prospect of teaming up with the Diamond Jubilee Stakes winner Twilight Son in tomorrow's Darley Julp Cup at Newmarket.
The son of Kyllachy will bid to make it back-to-back Group 1 successes over 6f but will be without the services of Ryan Moore, who switches to ride Air Force Blue having ridden Twilight Son at Royal Ascot.
Twilight Son will be joined in the 18-strong line-up by his Henry Candy-trained stablemate Limato and Harley yesterday spoke of his delight at picking up the ride on such a fancied runner.
