Haggas, Appleby and Gosdens in the frame as title race looks set to go to wire

There are less than two months left in the 2022 British Flat season and there is plenty to play for in the trainers' championship.

After a sensational week at York headlined by superstar Baaeed, William Haggas surged to the top of the table in his search for his first title.

Last year's champion Charlie Appleby won valuable prizes in September and October en route to claiming the crown and he will be hoping for the same this time around, while five-time winner John Gosden remains in contention alongside joint-trainer Thady.
