Of all the unlikely things set to happen over the festive period of racing, Tom Queally riding over jumps is right up there with what you would least expect to see.

However, faced with the option of going hunting or riding a pair of his father Declan's horses at Limerick on Thursday, Queally opted for the latter.

The man who will forever be famous for his association with Frankel turned 35 in October and is relishing the opportunity to team up with his father - who works closely with his other son and namesake, the successful amateur rider - again.
