Many have been lamenting the unseasonably dry weather but the rain has been back with a vengeance at Ffos Las, where the track has had a colossal 80mm of rain in the last five days.

Flood warnings are in place in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire, with more than 1,000 homes without power and transportation services disrupted. Some houses in the Milford Haven area are under water after as much as three metres of rain.

Carmarthenshire racecourse, Ffos Las, is known for testing conditions and Sunday will certainly be no different.
