Williams does what the Welsh rugby team can't with unprecedented double

It's been a great jumps season for Wales, with Evan Williams punching above his weight through the winter and Christian Williams taking over on Saturday.

A second-half rally by Welsh rugby players was not enough at Twickenham but things went better for the raiders five miles down the road at Kempton, where Williams saddled the first two in the Coral Trophy, minutes after another of his charges had won the Vertem Eider Chase.

In the 70 years since the Eider was first run, this particular double has only been pulled off by Jack Frost, who claimed both events in 1985 and 1986.
