What advice would you give your ten-year-old self?
Don’t be afraid of making mistakes but make sure you learn from them.

What are the best memories from your riding days?
My two Hong Kong jockey championships in 1988-89 and 1989-90 when I was riding for David Oughton, and all of my Classic winners.

As a former champion apprentice and jockey coach, which apprentice do you think could be a title contender this year?
Sebastian Woods, son of former jockey Wendyll Woods. He's improving all the time.
