'Peter Walwyn will be played by John Cleese and Bonk by Felicity Kendal'

I went back to Lambourn today after three years to have breakfast with Peter Walwyn and his wife Bonk and watch the first lot out at the gallops.

They have some very good two-year-olds and Joe Mercer thinks they will be coming into form next month.

I took a very silly woman with me, a girlfriend called Deirdre Redgrave, who used to be married to a lunatic called Corin Redgrave. She got on very well with the Walwyns.
