James Pyman identifies his top 20 trainer-jockey combinations of 2016

1st: Fergal O’Brien-38 wins from 134 runs, 28% strike-rate, +£123.72
To keep Willie Mullins-Ruby Walsh off top spot is some achievement, but with a whopping £1 level-stakes profit of £123.72, this combination deserve to be rated the year’s hottest in terms of giving punters an edge. The winners keep flowing, with 13 since November (three at an SP of 10-1 or bigger). A trend is their success in bumpers, with eight of their last 16 runners winning (+£64).
