They do things differently down in the Vale of Glamorgan. With no assistant and no head lad, Evan Williams finds himself "tipping away through the day" while wife Catherine and son William take care of business in the office.

It's a model that seems to work, and the Aberogwrn Farm team have already surpassed the 20-winner mark this term and in hot pursuit of a career best of 90 – with a bit of quality in the mix as well.
