David O'Meara could hardly be better placed as he sets out on his tenth season as a trainer.

The landmark campaign might be in its infancy but the signs are encouraging with stable star Lord Glitters collecting just shy of £500,000 for his third place in the Dubai Turf and plenty of winners already on the board at home.

O'Meara, who enjoyed his best prize-money haul in 2018 when surpassing the century mark for the sixth successive year, reached another notable milestone just last week.
