Olly Murphy may have hit new highs last season but he is certainly not resting on his laurels.

Total prize-money of £1,125,816 and 92 winners was a new record for the Warwickshire trainer, who is now in his sixth season training, but it is the search for a new Grade 1 star that is fuelling ambitions this winter.

Itchy Feet gave Murphy his first top-level success at Sandown two years ago and the enigmatic chaser is back for another campaign. He joins leading hopes Brewin'upastorm and Thomas Darby, who both showcased the yard's strength in the hurdling division last season and will tackle similar Graded-race targets.
