See Double You may sound like an alphabetical play on words, but when it comes to trainer Ronan McNally’s pride and joy the real story is in the numbers.

The 16-year-old stalwart last week at Roscommon became the oldest winner in Ireland for 32 years, recording an 11th victory in 71 career starts. He was driven home by a jockey born only three years before the horse, and trained by a man with just six runners in his yard.

But for the McNallys, there is only one See Double You.
