Safer gambling ad campaign set for launch in the new year

The long-awaited national safer gambling advertising campaign is set to be launched in the new year according to GambleAware chair Kate Lampard.

The campaign, which gambling operators are set to fund to the tune of up to £7 million a year, was announced by the government in November 2017 as part of the gambling review.

GambleAware last month also launched a social media campaign questioning the link between gambling and football.
