Racing Welfare is relaunching its Careers Advice and Training Service (Cats) on Monday to coincide with the start of National Careers Week.

The scheme, which is funded by the Racing Foundation, is designed to help those working in racing and breeding to make the most of their careers in the industry.

While providing assistance with professional development and job searches, it also offers guidance to those looking for a career change.
