You dominated again at Brighton's festival with five winners. How satisfying is it to land the leading trainer award again?
Being leading trainer again at Brighton is extremely satisfying. I love Brighton – I rode my first winner there when I was 16.

You said during the meeting it's your equivalent of Royal Ascot or Goodwood. Do you think other tracks should look at staging similar fixtures?
Brighton's festival is a more accessible race meeting, which gives more people a chance to experience the festival atmosphere. We find it's good for owners, breeders and horses. It gives everyone a chance, and we love it there.

What are your hopes for the rest of 2019?
More winners for my owners who support the yard unconditionally. Huge thanks to all of you.
