The November meeting at Cheltenham starting on Friday is arguably the third biggest meeting in the British jumping calendar and can be a springboard to the big races run over the Christmas period and the spring festivals.

The breadth of races across the three days, varying from a cross-country chase to a trial for the Triumph Hurdle, means the event can be rewarding for those who do their research.
