What is it with dog owners who hang bags of excrement on the branches of trees? What exactly is going on in the minds of these warped individuals? How can they possibly justify these disgraceful defecation decorations?

Probably my biggest pet hate is people turning a blind eye when their pets unload on our green and pleasant lands, but bagging the horror and then turning it into a sinister, blood-curdling bauble is arguably even worse conduct.

Bags of fowl hanging on trees would be useful – I could take them home and cook them for my tea – but bags of foul do not make such a delicious dish.
