Donnacha O'Brien: 'I've seen how talented she is at home - don't lose faith'
Charlie Bishop, Philip Robinson, Adam Ryan and James Knight give their views
Who wins the Cazoo Derby?
Charlie Bishop, jockey I think John Leeper has a massive chance. He ran the wrong way round at Newmarket and still managed to win, so he’s clearly very talented. They have to run up the hill for the first furlong and a half and hopefully that’ll help to settle him. If he does, he should be right there.
James Knight, Coral I haven’t been that impressed by any of the British trials, so Bolshoi Ballet is a perfectly fair bet at his current price. He was very impressive in the Derrinstown and had the Irish Guineas winner, Mac Swiney, in behind. Ultimately it’s Aidan O’Brien rocking up to Epsom with a very good Galileo colt – it doesn’t have to be difficult!
Donnacha O’Brien, trainer It’s hard to look past Bolshoi Ballet. Most of the time bringing a horse to Epsom you have question marks about them but I don’t see any with him. He should stay, he has the pace to travel around there and the balance to handle Epsom.
