Brightening your day with turf tales from beyond the tracks

The royal racecourse sent staff to volunteer at the gardens of Thames Hospice, also donating plants, while Aintree teamed up with British Cycling to provide a day of activities for military veterans around its former Grand Prix track.
All five Scottish courses ran or will be running free ‘friends of dementia’ workshops in partnership with Alzheimer’s Scotland, a step towards becoming ‘dementia-friendly’ venues, while Perth also hosted its annual litter-picking session.
