Among those celebrating the Group 2 success of Nurse Kitchen at Moonee Valley last Saturday was a familiar face – but one that has been absent from the winner's enclosure for a long time.

Banished former trainer Peter Moody, who bred and owns the filly with his wife, wore a smile seldom seen on the racecourse since he wound up his training operation after being embroiled in Australia's cobalt scandal.

Moody was found guilty in March of the non-intentional administration of the prohibited substance to Lidari in 2014 and hit with a 12-month ban, six months of which was suspended.
