Entain says sector needs to learn lessons from its player protection system

Entain chief executive Jette Nygaard-Andersen believes initiatives like the company's Advanced Responsibility and Care (Arc) player protection system are something the entire gambling industry should consider having in place.

Nygaard-Andersen was speaking at the company's second Entain:Sustain showcase event, at which she also said that sustainability and ESG (environmental, social and governance) were becoming increasingly important factors to investors.

Entain, the parent company of Ladbrokes and Coral among others, released details of the performance of Arc since it was first launched in November 2020.
