DraftKings still eyeing 'global expansion' despite failure of Entain talks

DraftKings chief executive Jason Robins does not appear to have given up on hopes of international expansion despite pulling out of a proposed $22.4 billion (£16.4bn) offer for Entain last month.

Robins told analysts there were other "international assets" that were of interest after the leading US operator issued its latest trading update.

Entain rejected a $20bn offer from DraftKings in September but the new proposal had been under consideration, with the deadline for the US firm to make a firm bid even being extended until November 16.
