'Cracksman has found another gear at home in the second half of the season'
Martin Harley and Robert Havlin head the team to discuss this week's topics
Enable v Winx over ten furlongs in Europe next summer, where would your money go?
Martin Harley, jockey
It would have to be Enable. Winx has won her last 21 races and I was more impressed with her than ever on Saturday morning, but Enable is just a superb filly. She showed more speed than she had before in the Arc and to travel like she did and then kick clear was a sight to behold.
Robert Havlin, jockey
It would attract a fantastic crowd if they faced each other but I’m biased and would want to be with Enable, especially as she would be a four-year-old. I suppose it would have to be over a mile and a quarter but given her style of racing, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem for Enable. We dropped her sire Nathaniel back to that trip to win the Eclipse.
Colin Keane, jockey
I’d be with Enable on what she has shown this year. She has done everything right, seems to go on most types of ground and appears very uncomplicated. I wouldn’t think the trip would be a problem for her. Winx is obviously very good, but she would have to travel from the other side of the world and that might be a disadvantage.
