David Jennings's survival guide - including the horse to get you out of jail
You've made it. You're here. You've done it. Has it only been two years? You're kidding me. It feels like a lifetime ago since Davy Russell came there absolutely tanking on Abacadabras only for Nico de Boinville to pull a rabbit out of the hat on Shishkin.
I've just checked to make sure, but there was indeed a Cheltenham Festival in 2021. In name maybe, but definitely not in nature. It was a pale imitation of a party. The occasion was marked but that was about it. We all sat at home trying to recreate the atmosphere and I don't know about you but the Jenningses failed miserably with our attempt. It was boring, every bit of it.
Cheltenham should never be boring so how about we make up for lost time and agree to give this week a right lash. Deal? Thought so.
