This is the same Denis O'Regan who guided Ansar to his second Galway Plate success. The same Denis O'Regan who somehow managed to mould the dodgy-jumping Tidal Bay into an awesome Arkle winner. The same Denis O'Regan who delicately delivered Inglis Drever to secure a third Stayers' Hurdle. The same Denis O'Regan who rode 81 winners in Britain during the 2008-09 season and 407 in seven seasons between 2007 and 2014.

This is also the same Denis O'Regan who travelled to Limerick last Thursday for just one ride. The Brendan Duke-trained Qui Bono, a 20-1 outsider in a handicap hurdle for horses rated between 80-109. He finished seventh of eight to complete.
