Representatives of the Injured Jockeys Fund (IJF) received a cheque for £35,000 raised by Ascot's ambassador programme last Saturday.

Introduced in 2017, the initiative involves £1 per fine dining customer being donated to the charity, in addition to donations from hospitality guests such as those hosted by jockey Dave Crosse.

It raised £15,000 in its inaugural year, £27,500 in 2018 and after another increase last year, Crosse is hoping his team, which includes Kate Tracey and Ryan Tongue can raise even more money in 2020.
