Whether you call it St Stephen's Day or Boxing Day, December 26 is a feast for jumps fans to savour. This year is no different as the quality on offer is top class across Britain and Ireland.

The race I'm most looking forward to over the entire Christmas period is the Ladbrokes Kauto Star Novices' Chase (1.55) at Kempton on Sunday. It seems like these novice races are just as exciting as the main open-class Grade 1s.

Ahoy Senor was top dog at Aintree and hopefully he'll get the job done here as I've backed him for the Brown Advisory in March, along with Galopin Des Champs.
