Enable: how the figures and history cast doubt on likelihood of third Arc win

At her best Enable would have been good enough to win most runnings of the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe, but by next year she could be two years past her best.

In 2018 her form undoubtedly dropped off slightly. Her peak RPR slipped from 129 to 126 and her performance in winning the Arc slipped from 129 to 122.

She had hold-ups in training and obviously still enjoyed a superb year, but I would not expect her to improve from four to five and judged on her recent form, she would be vulnerable in a strong Arc.
