After a week off, Frankie Dettori warmed up for his return to action at Deauville on Sunday in the best possible manner when putting the nine-time Group 1 winner through her paces on the Al Bahathri.

No more than a routine spin was needed for the five-year-old, who will take her earnings close to the £10 million mark if she can repeat her win of two years ago in the Group 1 Darley Yorkshire Oaks at York on Thursday.
