Cracksman chases the tractor as Dante prep moves up a gear
CracksmanJohn Gosden
The Clarehaven big guns, including this recent Epsom winner, were sent up the Al Bahathri Polytrack first. Watched by his owner Anthony Oppenheimer, the son of Frankel is entered in the Group 2 Betfred Dante Stakes at York on May 18, a race Golden Horn won before going on to Derby glory for the same owner in 2015.

The son of Redoute's Choice smashed up the opposition on his return to action in a Nottingham maiden last month and it was easy to see why judged by the way he travelled in a solo exercise. The Godolphin-owned colt has the scope to go places this summer over a mile.
UAE PrinceRoger Varian
Varian's former assistant Will Johnson was back in town for Guineas weekend and he was up bright and early to watch a select bunch from Carlburg Stables on the watered gallop. This recent Ripon winner finished to good effect in his mile exercise with Barsanti and heads next for the Listed Carey Group Buckhounds Stakes at Ascot next Saturday.
The Tin Man James Fanshawe
Tom Queally was in action on both sides of the town through the morning and was to the fore on last year's British Champions Sprint winner on the Al Bahathri. Fanshawe's wife Jacko certainly had no trouble picking him out as she can see the five-year-old's box from her kitchen window.
Great Work!!!
TaamolSir Michael Stoute
Looked likely to win a furlong out on his return in a competitive conditions event at Newcastle last month until weakening, but looked to have moved forward from that in a seven-furlong exercise on the Al Bahathri. The son of Helmet could have more to give back on turf in coming weeks.
