Coral have had both wrists slapped in the latest of a rash of reprimands to bookmakers handed out by the advertising watchdog.

The Advertising Standards Authority upheld complaints on two separate promotions run by the bookmaker for this summer's UEFA European Championships.

In one case three complainants who received an email promoting a free bet offer were informed that they were not eligible to participate after placing their bets. They challenged whether it misleadingly implied the offer was open to all recipients.
