Confirmed runners and riders as Fiddlerontheroof heads Tolworth field
Promising novice Fiddlerontheroof returns to Sandown to face six rivals in the Grade 1 Unibet Tolworth Novices' Hurdle on Saturday.
Trained by Colin Tizzard, Fiddlerontheroof was a seven-length winner over course and distance last month and is currently as short as 16-1 with bet365 for the Sky Bet Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham in March.
Son Of Camas, who arrives at Sandown after two wins at Newbury – one in a bumper and one over hurdles – for Nicky Henderson and Jared Sullivan, is in opposition.
Emma Lavelle will saddle the top-rated Hang In There, who caught the eye when taking the Grade 2 Supreme Trial Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham in November.
The blue and pink silks of the Ruckers have already been carried to Grade 1 success at Sandown this season by Esprit Du Large and the same owners could hold another trump card in Chepstow scorer Silver Hallmark.
Paul Nicholls was last successful in the Tolworth when Breedsbreeze won in 2008 and he is represented by Calva D'Auge, while the Gavin Cromwell-trained mare Jeremys Flame is the sole runner from Ireland.
Huntingdon maiden hurdle winner Logan Rocks completes the field.
