The heart and the head say the same thing: Lalor has got a cracking chance of winning the Racing Post Arkle. He jumped beautifully and made rivals rated 146, 148 and 157 respectively look very slow in the Grade 2 Arkle trial on Sunday. Even the 151-rated hurdler Claimantakinforgan could not live with him up the straight. Chasing debuts don't come much better than that.
