Questions of staying power, or the lack of it, surround most of the main players in the Qipco 2,000 Guineas, with the exception of market leader Native Trail.
Last season's champion two-year-old put to bed any doubts about his ability to stay a mile with his victory over course and distance in the Craven Stakes this month.
Perfect Power, who displayed scintillating speed to win the Norfolk Stakes over five furlongs and then the Group 1 Prix Morny and Middle Park Stakes over six, has a pedigree that sends out mixed signals.
