Profitable is to be supplemented on Monday for the Darley July Cup at Newmarket next Saturday.
The King's Stand winner will be bidding to give trainer Clive Cox a second winner in the Group 1 feature after Lethal Force three years ago.
Cox said: "With his season going so well we'd like to take a step in between Royal Ascot and the Nunthorpe. I'm very happy with the horse and connections were very keen to take this step.
