The moment just after you vomit following intense nausea - that is how Kieren Fallon will now be feeling according to Mark Enright.

The jockey has spoken openly about his own battle with depression and believes Fallon will have a weight off his shoulders now he has admitted to the illness.

Enright said: "People always ask how did I feel when I told people I was suffering from depression. The only way I can describe it is that feeling when you really want to be sick and then you are. It's a huge relief and I'm sure that's the way Kieren will be feeling now.
