Jim is incredibly consistent and he's intelligent. Apart from anything else, he's a thoroughly decent guy, which makes working with him so easy. He comes in every Tuesday and Friday and it's a pleasure to have him involved in the yard. He might not have ridden our biggest winners, because some of the best horses are owned by people who have their own jockeys, but there have been plenty of highlights, including riding a double for us at Chelmsford and Haydock at the beginning of September on the day we had our first treble.
