The BHA is set to move out of its offices at 75 High Holborn in London, as it announced a series of savings in its latest set of accounts lodged with Companies House this week.

A more "financially straightforward year" allowed British racing's governing body to record a surplus in 2021, with a profit before tax of £766,000 last year compared to an operating loss of £1 million at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

Group financial controller Paul Foster said: "We've served notice now on our offices in High Holborn and we will be significantly downsizing, which again should generate some more savings going forward.
