The BHA’s latest monthly board meeting takes place at Beverley today with the 2017 fixture list one of the key items on the agenda.

The BHA’s headquarters are at High Holborn in London, but the regulator feels it is important the organisation is seen to represent the interests of its stakeholders across Britain.

Robin Mounsey, BHA media manager, said: “It’s important the BHA board is seen as being in touch with the industry and visible to its participants and stakeholders, which is why some meetings are held away from the BHA’s offices. It gives the board the chance to meet and speak to relevant people from those regions and understand the issues they may be facing.
