Irish 1,000 Guineas: the runners and riders for Saturday's Curragh Classic
Albigna, the general 7-4 favourite, is among 15 contenders declared for the Tattersalls Irish 1,000 Guineas (7.15) at the Curragh on Saturday.
She won the Group 1 Prix Marcel Boussac for Jessica Harrington on her penultimate start last year before finishing fourth behind Sharing in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf at Santa Anita.
Her in-form trainer also runs Valeria Messalina, who finished second behind Rose Of Kildare in the Oh So Sharp Stakes last October.

Joseph O'Brien will send out Brook On Fifth and Group 3 winner New York Girl, while his brother Donnacha has declared Fancy Blue, an 11-2 shot who won a Listed contest at the Curragh last October.
Ger Lyons has three contenders in Even So, Roca Roma and Soul Search, who was half a length behind So Wonderful in the Moyglare.
Dermot Weld, a four-time winner of the Classic, sends out Katiba, who represents the Aga Khan along with the once-raced Ridenza.
