World Cup Carnival types up for grabs at Racing In Dubai sale at Meydan
Kingman, Sea The Stars and Nathaniel among the global star sires represented
In advance of the UAE racing season starting next month, the Racing in Dubai sale is slated for Monday, September 16.
Several lots already have the minimal rating of 90 required to contest the DWC Carnival, including Listed-placed Drummore and three-time winner Hishikari, who hails from the immediate family of Grade 1 winners Frosted and Midshipman.
Other global star stallions with progeny in the sale include Kingman, Sea The Stars, Kitten’s Joy, Exceed And Excel, Speightstown, Exchange Rate and Nathaniel, the sire of Enable.
The sale will take place within the saddling enclosure of Meydan racecourse at 6.45pm. Viewing of the 60 lots will take place this weekend, from 7.30-9am and 4-5.30pm each day, at Meydan Quarantine (NOFA Stables).
All horses are to be collected on Tuesday, September 17, between 8am and 12pm from Meydan Quarantine with appropriate transport.
