Streamline shaping well for Whitsbury Manor Stud's Due Diligence
Requinto also off the mark at Group level on Saturday

Streamline became the first Pattern winner for Whitsbury Manor Stud stallion Due Diligence when providing a notable victory for rider Hector Crouch in the Sun Racing Sirenia Stakes at Kempton.
The juvenile clearly enjoys life on the Sunbury Polytrack, as the second of his two previous victories had been achieved on the same course last month before he notched a third place in the Listed Julia Graves Roses Stakes at York.
Streamline, a Whitsbury-bred product out of its Compton Place mare Ahwahnee, had been bought as a pinhooking prospect for 40,000gns at Tattersalls as a foal but by the time the Goffs UK Breeze-Up came around, his value had evidently depreciated as agent Philippa Mains picked him up for just £13,000 for her Mainline Racing syndicate.
These are Due Diligence’s first crop from the Harper family’s Hampshire operation and he has delivered 12 individual winners in Britain. Fellow Whitsbury-bred Good Vibes made an even earlier start than Streamline, getting her sire off the mark at Listed level in the Marygate Fillies' Stakes at York in May.

Great Scot has led the line for their stallion Requinto, who won the Flying Childers at Doncaster in his sole season for David Wachman, with Tom Dascombe’s Haydock specialist having got off the mark at Listed class at the track a year ago.
The three-year-old made all the running under Richard Kingscote for a clear-cut success in the Group 3 Bet In Play On The Betfair Exchange Superior Mile Stakes.
