Pretty City Dancer and La Coronel added to November Sale
Grade 1 winners will be offered through Taylor Made Sales Agency
Grade 1 winners Pretty City Dancer and La Coronel, both of whom were campaigned by John Oxley, will be offered at the Fasig-Tipton November Sale as part of the Taylor Made Sales consignment.
Out of the Carson City mare Pretty City, Pretty City Dancer captured the 2016 Spinaway Stakes in a dead-heat with Sweet Loretta. The daughter of Tapit won three of her 11 starts and will be offered in foal to leading sire Medaglia D'Oro.
La Coronel earned four Graded stakes wins during her 17-race career with her biggest score coming in the 2017 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge Cup Stakes on turf at Keeneland. The daughter of Colonel John earned $838,344 and is out of the Chester House mare Listen.
Both Pretty City Dancer and La Coronel were trained by Canadian Hall of Famer Mark Casse.
"I've had so much fun at the yearling auctions the past few years that I felt it was time to generate some revenue to reinvest in the yearling market," Oxley said of his decision to offer Pretty City Dancer and La Coronel.
"It was not an easy decision for me, but I am very excited about the future of our stable."
The Fasig-Tipton November Sale will be held November 4, a day after the Breeders' Cup concludes at Churchill Downs.
