Signposts: Royal Ascot entry Qaysar can dot up under Dettori

Frankie Dettori has an impressive 30 per cent strike-rate at Haydock and goes there for three rides, including Qaysar (2.50). This progressive sort has a St James’s Palace entry and looks to be a Group horse in a handicap.

Charlie Mann has a 47 per cent strike-rate with his runners two weeks either side of this date for the past five seasons. Royals And Rebels (3.15 Cartmel) is the trainer’s only runner of the day and will look to build on a comfortable win at Fontwell last time out.
